Bell reed organ has just had a complete rebuild and restoration, from a state where it was not playable at all and contained multiple failures. it looked fine from the outside, but once it was taken apart, the many issues made for a very long restoration! The organ is made by W. Bell & Co., in Guelph Ontario in the late 1870s The music is from the opera Xerxes, called "Ombra mai fu".
