Commerce student Adrienne (Addy) Smith discusses her summer research project titled ‘Contradictory or Complementary? Distributed Leadership in a Remote Work Setting’ under supervisor Dr. Rachelle Pascoe-Deslauriers — funded by the 2021 Mount Allison Independent Student Summer Research Grant.
