Roblox users are reporting widespread login issues and receiving an "Unknown error occurred" message. The company has not yet issued an official statement.

With Roblox's ever-expanding playerbase and UI features, few users experience account-related issues. The Roblox development team has been working hard to assist those in need.

Log out of all Roblox accounts on all devices where you play the game. For example, on a Windows computer, navigate to the upper right corner of Roblox and click the Logout option.

Go to the Roblox login page. Enter your Roblox account credentials (username/password), if prompted. On the Roblox main menu, click the Gear/Settings icon on the upper-right corner of the page.

ROBLOX is down for many users tonight who are having trouble with login access for the online game on multiple platforms.
