Thankfully, adding speaker notes to a presentation isn't too difficult, giving you the best of both worlds. To add speaker notes to a PowerPoint, follow these steps: Open a PowerPoint presentation.
Speaker notes are on a per-slide basis. Unlike headers and footers, which appear on every slide and are visible to the audience, notes appear only on the slides you add them onto.
Open PowerPoint and launch the presentation for which you want to take notes. Click in the area below the slide, where it says "Click to Add Notes," and start typing your notes.
