Windows 7 Start Button Changer (W7SBC) is a stand-alone and portable application. Unzip it, run the application, and click on "Select & Change Start Button" to swap your icons.

Click the "Change Desktop Icons" link in the left pane under Control Panel Home. Select the default icon you want to change to look like a printer. Click the "Change Icon" button.

You can customize the icons that appear by opening the Settings menu and going to Personalization > Start > Choose which folders appear on Start.
